Problem Statement
The service organization needed a centralized platform to manage their
customers distributed in different regions and to monitor the service status in real time. The firm wished to track the location of service engineers throughout the travel path to the customer location and back to the office to calculate the travel allowance accurately. It sought to provide a platform to their customers for logging their complaints.
