Senior Management with SuperAdmin privilege can view the complete asset details, maintenance history, and progress for all assets across departments.

Any user who notices a defect in an asset belonging to their department could instantly raise a complaint using a QR code scan without depending on other staff for service request submission.

Based on the acceptable criteria configured for SLA, the system escalated the delays in tasks to users higher up in the hierarchy.

Before the escalations, it also promptly sent reminders to the concerned technicians to accelerate their progress on the tasks via SMS, push, and in-app notifications.
